Speedy delivery. From placing my order to home delivery was a smooth, quick process, very efficient and therefore very enjoyable. To see my desired shirts and trousers on screen and for them to arrive in such a short time added to the pleasure of buying these excellent quality products.

My delivery came, just as promised.
I will be looking to make further orders as well as visiting the store, staff so friendly and helpful. I only went to return some trousers and ended up buying a few other bits, really nice styles.

The staff at the shop were efficient and friendly, but the shirts I ordered we far too big for the size ordered so had to return.

All the trousers I have bought are a perfect fit and the fabric and colours are great!

I ordered the items on line, very easy to do. I didn't have to wait long,to receive an email saying they were ready for collection. I tried items on in shop apart from one, the rest fitted well,material good quality as always. Cotton Traders clothing washes very well . Staff in the Chatham branch are very helpful and cheerful.

Quick & easy from ordering to collection. Lady in the shop was very helpful & even told us about all the sales that was on in the shop.

First time I have ordered from Cotton Traders. Coat was too big so I returned it to the local shop and re-ordered a smaller size.
The coat is beautiful, just what I need for school runs.

The staff were very helpful, even when I took one of the items back.

Evri delivered my tea for 2 set while I was out by dropping it over my 6ft gate. I opened the parcel and found it was shattered.
Although it was a careless delivery by every there was no indication that it was fragile.

The staff in the shop were great. Getting in what we found in green trousers. However when I went to collect them it was a disaster. I am 5ft 1 1/2” and weight 8 stone. Two pairs the material was light and flimsy. The others , as were the first ones, too small! I know Cotton Traders ladies sizes are slightly smaller than say M&S or Next but I couldn’t even get into them properly. The staff , a different staff, were still great and told me it was no problem. They would send them back. But I was so disappointed. I have been trying to get green trousers and jeans for years!

Great service at Chatham outlet dockside. Ordered my clothing in for me when I phoned in case they didn't have in-store .
All clothing fits well and washes well. Will definitely shop there again.

Good coat for cold, rainy winter days, love the warm lining in the hood and across the shoulders.
The only thing I’ve found these days is the bigger width on the shoulders and narrow across the hips, like a man’s shape. I had to order a large size because my hips and stomach are on the big size sadly!
Ordering and delivery excellent.

This follows up my report 30th August, where I found that I had been overcharged due to a presumed computer glitch. A fast response through this site asking for my contact details suggested they were taking this seriously. I called, got an e mail address and sent the receipt. I followed this up with a phonecall to customer services to be told that another department dealt with e mails, though the person to whom I spoke confirmed my e mail had been received. I should hear in a couple of days.... Dream on! No call. No refund. Not impressed.

Update - This company had my phone number - it was in the e mail with the miscalculated invoice. Calling them, a response form a e mail team was promised. Did that happen? No. Beyond hopeless
