I collected an order from my local garden centre which was too big . Th e lady assistant, I did not get her name could not have been more helpful. She ordered the new jacket for me and also handled the return .
The Lady was unaware that I have been poorly recently ( bleed on the brain ) and I was dreading having to deal with this simple transaction as my confidence has been an issue of late. I am so impressed with the service.

Gents cord trousers
It was easy to order the trousers, but there is only one weekly delivery so I didn't get my order for 10 days after ordering. Not the fault of the outlet, the staff were very helpful.

Easy Shopping Experience
As an elderly person I usually steer clear of ordering on line. Cotton Traders is quite straightforward and having an outlet near me delivering to me not a problem of parcels on doorsteps or waiting in. Clothing fits nicely, husbands jumpers liked as well so no need to send or take back to outlet in this case. Very happy with the whole process.
