On line and corresponding shop visit
I use your app to buy on line, and also our local shop. On my most recent shop visit my husband and I bought new items, and at the same time I had a jacket to return which unfortunately was too big. The staff member was very helpful with the return,and friendly. The refund was back in my bank within 2 days. Everything was easy to do and of course the clothes are always of the highest quality. Very good customer service
I love the ease of picking up my orders from the shop. I like the quality of the products, just to say that on this particular purchase - the skirt was slightly larger than expected. I know my size and never had this issue before.
Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Delighted to have found Cotton Traders.
Helpful staff and the little things like having a long shoe horn in changing rooms for the customers not always do steady on their feet, and providing seating. One thing I would have liked was a bigger selection of clothes in the larger sizes. I realise that when I visited it was in the run up to Christmas and stock goes quickly. Will definitely shop there again.
