Great service and an efficient exchange!
The shoes that I ordered turned out to be too big but the local Cotton Traders shop were a big help in accepting the shoes for return and then ordering a replacement in a smaller size.

Quality clothing at great prices
I love the range of colours and sizes of the clothes and the convenience of being able to do 'click &collect' and easy returns though I almost never send anything back. I like cosy and comfortable clothes which are also stylish and they also have lovely items for the home. I particularly love the freebies they regularly offer with purchases - bags and dressing gowns are always welcome! I've been a customer for a lot of years and have nothing bad to say about the company. My only wish would be that there was a larger selection available to be seen in person in their sections within the garden centres.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Was able to try on the items I'd ordered in the store to check fit. I sadly had to return a couple but that was also dealt with efficiently by the staff.
