Slow delivery. Very large knitwear!
Slow delivery. A whole week from ordering to any update. Sizing of cotton tank tops completely wrong. Ordered medium and large for fit. Had to drive 12 miles to collect the parcel. Fortunately, I tried them on in the shop, both were far too big. I've never been a small. So the whole order was a waste of time.
Staff in the Ponteland store were very friendly and helpful.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward.
I opted for click and collect, and the staff at the store were helpful and friendly.
Coat seems good quality (I haven't had much chance to wear it yet) and ordering a size above my normal size seems a good idea.

Closure of Dalton Park shop
Disappointed that Dalton Park shop has closed. First visit to Dobbies Ponteland. Smaller area but lovely assistants. Very helpful and easy to collect parcel

Orders take a little longer than usual…
Orders take a little longer than usual to arrive but I like the quality of the items. The fit is usually good but for me too many of the trousers are too wide in the legs. I like that I can take returns to the nearest in-shop and that they will refund to my PayPal account. A reliable company to deal with.
