OrderdJeans online and found it really to collect them at my local Cotton Traders. Staff are always friendly and helpful and efficient. The pull on jersey jeans are soft and comfortable and wash well and best of all don't need ironing.

Efficient ordering system to store. I had a problem at point of ordering, so phoned and staff immediately identified the problem, then waived the charge that I couldn’t manage myself. So very happy with process.

My last order I applied a discount code you gave me, I applied that to my order but didn't get my discount.
This has happened before, I am not amused especially as I am a very regular customer.

Ordered size 6 slippers, received size 5!
Easy to use website. Ordered size 6 slippers.all the paperwork says size 6 but slippers themselves have size 5 printed on them. As they are a gift for a usual size5/5 and half I'm going to keep them as she usually has to buy up to size 6.

Highly recommend Cotton Traders.,
First time I’ve bought online from Cotton Traders and overall experience was excellent. I was looking for a long length waterproof coat and the reviews for this one was high and the price was very reasonable. I chose to pick up instore so I could try on and send back free of charge if there was a size issue. Luckily there wasn’t and the lady in the Stirling store (within Dobbies) was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She asked what I’d normally wear under a coat when dog walking and found me a similar top to try on underneath to make sure it was a comfortable fit. Because of this help and her recommendations I purchased 2 tops instore.

Staff were lovely and helpful when I needed help finding an item for my husband. Very welcoming people!
However, the shop clearly needs maintenance checks! Lots of the lights are flickering and staff have explained that this has been a problem since February! I heard another customer complain as they had photosensitive epilepsy and the lights could be dangerous! I have had lovely experiences shopping in cotton traders but the company seems to be poorly managed and it ruins it for customers and staff.
