Great products, good quality, good value, especially if prices are reduced or in a sale. Easy ordering online or instore, quick delivery and easy returns especially to a shop.
However, friendliness of staff mixed, one female member on one day was very friendly and personable who made you feel important as a customer and nothing too much trouble. A male member of staff on another day not so much, rarely smiled and made you feel as if you were being a nuisance.

Slow delivery
On the good side, decent products at a decent price. However, rather annoyed that when I arranged for the stuff to be delivered to my local shop for collection, promised ‘a text & email’ when it arrived. I was never contacted and eventually went to collect the package, which had been there for some days. Complained and received a standard reply which actually explained nothing.

Great difficulty trying to exchange two items in shop. On top of that I've been charged for an item I didn't ask for! I anticipate further difficulty trying to resolve that!

Very good service
My order arrived quickly at my nearest store and collection was straightforward.
One item was, as expected but unfortunately I will be returning the other one as the colour was more like lavender than blue. I realise that not all irises are as blue as each other.

Ordering process was easy and delivery was quick to the store of my choice. The jeans I ordered for my husband fitted perfectly and look really great, however the jog pants I'd ordered for myself are too large (even though I took advice from the online size guide) so I'm hoping that I'll be able to do a straight swap for a smaller size in store.

Bought 2 pairs trousers online. 1 jeans and 1 chinos. Waist of jeans too big and elasticky/elastane. The 100% cotton chinos were fine.
Took the jeans back to Dorchester branch, who were very helpful and changed them for another pair chinos, smaller size. Very happy.

Ordered my normal size but far too big so returned to shop for a refund.
Tried to order a smaller size in the shop ?
Went through the process but payment had to be by a physical card. Not by my phone, offered cash but no had to be with card. Disappointed ☹️
