Cardigan just right for size and fit and delivered to our local shop quickly
The cardigan I selected was just as described in your brochure and was delivered to our local Cotton Traders shop quite quickly.
The staff there were happy to let me try it on to make sure I was happy with it before taking it home.

No static shocks!…
Very helpful lady in the shop on Anglesey near the Holland Arms. Roll neck that I wanted was out of stock but it arrived quickly when I ordered online. All cotton- just what I needed as I've been getting static shocks from man made fibres!

I had a mixed experience with Cotton Traders. While the staff at the Gaerwen store were exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond, and the in-store service is reliable, the online service could use improvement. I faced delays with online orders and had issues reaching customer support successfully. My payment went through, but there was confusion over order confirmation, and the phone support was less than helpful. Overall, it's a blend of great in-store experiences and disappointing online interactions. 3 stars.

Arrived on time and as seen online. I would have liked to try them on in store but there were none in my local store. And they were not expecting any in. Very poor selection in store this year so just relieved they fitted when they arrived

I called in at the Gaerwen Store. The lady Assistant Jane was outstandingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I left the store with a new jumper and colourful sports shirt.
I see that they are of the usual high quality and generous fitting.

Good quality, imaginative styled clothing at reasonable prices. Sizing is consistent and usually garments are available in different lengths. Orders arrive on time, an excellent click and collect service. Customer service is friendly and efficient. The staff in the local store are friendly and knowledgeable.
