Polite staff…
I had to return one of the items as the colour was not what I had expected and went to the store to return it. There was no fuss and was told that it could take up to 2 weeks for the money to be refunded.

Sizing Issues
So many articles of clothing have to be returned for sizing issues.
I'd love to know why the sleeves on coats jackets etc are cut so huge...as big as trouser legs! I'm standard size.

Colour, comfort and choice
I was attracted to a jumper that was reversible. I tried it on - it was warm, comfy as well as versatile. It was a decent length over the waist. So many items are shorter these days. I ventured to the online shop and selected more items from the bright and colourful range. I was able to pick them up easily from Iver Flowerland where the staff were very friendly.

The items looked good on line and to be fair were well made, but I was not keen on the fabric. Also trousers seemed big for size 14 while the top was close fitting, I would have preferred looser top and tighter trousers.

Smooth order online and local collection

Ordered shoes arrived but had been worn…
Ordered shoes arrived but had been worn ,dirty soles black sticky stuff on the insoles.Couldnt contact customer service
not available due to technical problems!!
Took them to one of their outlets,where it was sorted out very helpfully.
But still cost me time and petrol.
Be warned.

Friendly and helpful customer service
I found some lovely clothing items in store, one of which didn't have my size. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in giving me the option of ordering it for me into store or home delivery. I was happy for it to arrive in store as its very local. I received an email update of my order and when to expect it to arrive. All very quick and easy.

Easy returns to stores.
The trousers I ordered were not suitable and therefore had to be returned. I like the fact that I can return items to the Cotton Traders shop at my local garden centre. It is quick and easy and no extra postage needed.
