Great service
Ordered tops online, too big. Took them back to shop and the lady dealt with my order immediately. I exchanged the tops for ones inside, and my originals were sent back. I had to pay again , and wait for a refund . The money appeared in my bank 24 hours later. I find that fantastic service, no fuss, and the lady in shop was great. Well done COTTON TRADERS.

Nice clothes but delivery this time was slow.
The staff at my local branch are very friendly and helpful. The majority of their clothing is very good quality and there is a good choice of clothing. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the length of time for my items to be delivered. Usually it’s around 3 days but I waited a week.

Our stores receive one delivery per week so depending on the day you place your order and the day the store receives there delivery does mean it can take up to a week. Our C&C is available for convenience for our customers and also our carbon footprint rather than a speedier service.

Poor communications
When I hadn't heard anything about my delivery, outwith the delivery period, I spoke (on 24 October) to Customer Services. They confirmed it had been dispatched on Monday 20 October but said I'd have to speak to the store where it was being delivered to check delivery. I did and was told it hadn't but that deliveries came in on a Tuesday and to check on 28th. On 27th I found an email deep in my Junk (because it came form a different email address from Marketing emails) to say the delivery had been made on Tuesday 21st. Phoned the store who went and checked again and said yes delivery had been made by Evri but after 21st and couldn't understand why it hadn't come with regular deliveries. I would have had a wasted journey if I'd driven out to the store immediately after 21st when I was told purchases were available. I asked for the order to be refunded and have now had a full refund.

The clothes and shoes are actually the size stated on the label, the size you expect them to be. This may seem obvious but it is not always the case nowadays in many stores. You can depend on Cotton Traders for quality clothes and shoes that actually fit and importantly are comfortable to wear.

Amazing customer service from Cotton Traders
Ordered shorts online for my husband and had them delivered to Dobbies store. The asssitant in the store was very helpful and went above and beyond to find a smaller size in the store. She was also able to suggest alternatives. Nothing was too much trouble

The best thing that has happened to me with buying on line for clothes and anything for the home is finding Cotton Traders,the quality of the goods have been perfect, I do also visit one of their shops that's in Debbie's in Edinburgh.
