Would definitely visit again
This Cotton Traders is within a garden centre. The shop was clean and tidy and every effort had been made to display the stock to advantage. In fact whilst I had gone just to collect a parcel, I was drawn to several items of clothing hanging invitingly on rails.
I was able to try the trousers I had ordered in the shop and returning one pair was made very easy by the two delightfully helpful assistants.
The classic chino trousers I kept were a good fit and looked flattering when on. Perfect leg length and quality material. I am only sorry you have no more in my size but a different colour at the moment. I do hope these particular trousers will be repeated soon.

Refund collection
Ordering / delivery to store brilliant.
However when I returned an item to reorder in a smaller size. I had to wait on refund and purchase again. Plus I only noticed later they hadn’t honoured original discount. When I mentioned this on collection for replacement item and. Not to be reimbursed just for future customers assistant was less than bothered.

The quality is second to none
The quality is second to none and it looks great on. It fits perfectly and the colour is ideal.
This is the only seller I have liked that do quality clothes and include the larger figure. When I visit the store, the assistants never fail to be helpful.
