Easy to order items.
Collected my items from Cotton Traders shop at Notcutts garden centre Norwich. The staff are always very helpful and cheerful. I tried my items on while I was there. I decided to keep the items but if anything needed to be returned the staff would have dealt with it. Easy Peasy!

One pair from the pack of four had a hole in, but I returned these and a cash refund expected. Good customer service.

Good quality clothes at a reasonable price!
While I was picking up a new Click & Collect package at my local Norwich Cotton Traders store, I was able to return a raincoat that I had bought online. Whilst at the till, the lady asked if I might want to look around the store. Thank goodness that I did take time to look around because I found a summer clearance shirt for £5. Also, I tried on a navy raincoat that I had seen online but I wasn’t sure how it would look on me. When I tried it on- I absolutely loved the fit of it and the navy colour looked good. As a bonus, this coat was waterproof & windproof! So well done Cotton Traders for providing such good quality clothing at such a reasonable price!

Wrinkle free tops
Cotton Traders in Norwich have a good selection of wrinkle free tops and any colours or sizes that are not available in store the staff will happily order them for you. I find these tops easy to wash, keep their colour and shape and I have not ironed one yet! I also use online shopping at home. It's always very easy to use and is an efficient service. My deliveries have always arrived within 3 days and I have not been disappointed. On the rare occasion when something doesn't quite fit right, I return it to our local Norwich branch which is an easy process and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service
Thank you so much for the help I received today when returning an item. The online call centre told me to return the trousers to the shop. Due to the fact I had bought them online reimbursing me was complicated so the manager assured me she would sort it out with head office. She did and contacted me within hours. She really went the extra mile. The customer service I got was excellent. Rose Norwich

I always love shopping in Cotton Traders but this time I think I was misled by the picture of the product. I felt that the image depicted narrower legs, I thought I was ordering skinny. Also I did order indigo but was sent denim.

Great company, great clothes
Easy website to navigate but difficult to go back to change size colour etc once I’ve got to check out page. Not sure of benefits of being a Gold member🤷🏼♀️

My order was placed via the website with ease and arrived before expected at the Norwich store. Collection was very efficient by Cotton Traders staff who were very helpful. The dress was better than the picture in the catalog and the fabric was very soft and the colours lovely. Good styling and generous fit. Pleasant experience.

Friendly shopping
Great experience in one of your shops, plenty of choice and very friendly staff.
