Pre this order I have been happy with Cotton Traders BUT this time I was told that my ordered items had been dispatched to my collection centre & I was told that I would receive an e-mail when they had arrived - still waiting 10/12 days on for the email!! I rang the collection centre to be told that they had arrived quite a few days ago. Why therefore wasn't I informed??? I haven't been able to collect as I'm away from home. Very poor communication!!!

I ordered online then collected from out local shop at the Garden Centre. Was informed when it was in and it didn't cost me anything for delivery

Ordered in store so my wife could try on. Excellent fit so she purchased some more. Only 4 stars as the store had a problem with inputting the order together with a discount voucher. Staff very friendly.

It is in relation to a visit I made to your shop at Gates Garden centre on Saturday 1st March. It is regarding the treatment of one of your employees. I work in HR for a retailer, and I was appalled and shocked at how one of your employees was treated by whom I can only assume is the manager.

There was an older female employee with white hair who took a younger female into what looks like an office just to the side where your changing rooms are located. I do not know what the employee had done wrong, but the way she was spoken too was totally unacceptable. She was shouted at in a very nasty tone of voice.

No employee should ever be spoken to in such a manor. No consideration was given that every word can be heard by your customers in the store, what kind of impression do you think that is giving to them? I am not a regular customer for Cotton Traders. I only ventured into your store as we had decided to dine at Gates restaurant and then browse the centre. The impression I have of your company is not very favourable.

There were two other female employees present at the time and they both looked very embarrassed and shocked by the situation. I was around when the younger female emerged, and she looked visibly shaken and upset.

May I suggest you engage your managers in how to manage their team with respect. I would like to receive a reply from a senior manager or your HR team, so I know this is being taken seriously otherwise I will be taking this further.

I like to shop at Cotton Traders in Gates Garden Center Oakham as the staff are very pleasant and helpful.I also like this brand of clothing,the fit is always spot on.Have just purchased my 4th pair of pull on jeans ,so comfortable.

I like the quality of the clothes and they always wash and iron lovely. Cotton is the only material I can wear

ORDERING FINE & PICKED UP FROM LOCAL OUTLET

Efficient service throughout. Friendly, helpful gent at Gates outlet when I collected my order, and returned the sandals thst were too wide.

Cotton Traders items are well made, the pricing reflects some of this, the items I’ve purchased in store and on line are long lasting. The staff in store are always happy to help.

I phoned your shop this morning at 9.30am to enquire about a jacket I liked the look of on your website. I don't shop on the internet, I prefer to try on in a shop and buy in person.

The phone was answered by John. He explained that as it was spring season coats had been packed away, but would check the computer.

I gave him the code from website and I was told there was 2 in my size in different colours in the shop. John took down my mobile number and said he would call me back when he had located them, as they was packed away in boxes.

I got a call back less than 30 mins later to say he had found both and they were hanging behind the counter for me to come try them when it was convenient.

I came over, but the young lady serving said he had gone to another store, however she was expecting me and she had been told to reduce the price, as they were more expensive in store than price advertised on the website.

Please pass on my thanks to John. That is great service I received and as I couldn't decide which one I preferred, so I purchased both.

We was really pleased with the service and the store had lots of choice, as well as helpful staff. It is also set within a really nice garden centre. We have never been before as our local one is at Wheatcroft, but after our visit today we will be returning again.

My wife bought this for the older weather and she absolutely loves it great quality
