Excellent service, good quality and acceptable prices.

Easy ordering and great to be able to return for free at a store at north or south M5 services. Very helpful staff at the store and prompt, no-quibble refund for returned wrong sizes.

Very impressed with the sales lady at the Strensham services shop on the M5 who went out of her way to find a cotton Traders shop near where I lived that ad an item in stock in my size which was on offer but she had not got in her store including a phone call to Gates garden centre shop to ensure they put it by until I could pick it up a few days later. Thank you so much!

My wife and I stopped at Strensham Services (South) for a coffee and toilet break but noticed your store as we went towards the toilet.
Subsequently we browsed and found some clothing we wanted, however, one of the polo shirts I wanted wasn’t available in the size I wanted. Thanks to the EXCELLENT advice and service we got from RACHEL, she was able to check if the Northbound store had one in my size and she reserved it for me to collect on Sunday 21 April on our way back from Cornwall.
RACHEL and her colleague were fantastic! Polite, helpful and professional. A real credit to the company. Please make sure she gets this feedback.

Stopped off at the M5 services on my way home to Wales and couldn't help but notice Cotton Traders very prominently located as I walked in. I was in no rush so a quiet look around the store seemed a good idea. I wasn't surprised at the high quality in the store, more that I had't heard that name for such a long time. I sometimes bought mail order because the clothes always fitted well. This was pre Internet when the high street was really busy and returning clothing was a real pain.

Within 15 mins or so I'd tried on a couple of fleeces in the 50% sale and was on my way.

Nicki the sales assistant was both calm and helpful, which always makes for a pleasant experience. She
handed me yet another sales incentive (15% off) and asked very politely would I mind going onto Trustpilot to post a review of my experience. I was happy to do so. It's good to be retired. Thanks Vicki and Cotton traders.

Had to wait well over a week for my delivery at a self collect place and then charged two lots of return deliveries for items in SAME bag!

You didn't have my size, the very helpful assistant found it had sold out online, so she sourced one from another store. But it never arrived. So I rang up. You then located another in a different store and I'm pleased to say this one reached my home.

At Roadchef Strensham South service stop, Rukhser spent time searching online for the size my husband needed. Then, to save us the trouble of getting back on the motorway where we would likely get lost - we are visitors from Canada - Rachel drove to the "North" store to pick up the items. Rachel and Rukhser knew their products, their retail policies, and demonstrated superior customer service. Cotton Traders is lucky to have these exceptional staff represent the company. On my way to a wedding I stopped to get changed only to realise my chinos had split, luckily this store was at the service station. Rachel’s service was excellent after I found a pair of chinos that fitted she offered to steam them to get the creases out as the wedding was only 20 minutes away. Rachel saved the day for me that’s for sure!
