Jumper good. Cardigan being returned as unusable.
I like the Burgundy jumper very much.
I tried to pen the buttons on the cardigan to try it on but could not undo them because the buttonholes are too small and would need snipping to make them open enough to get the buttons through. I am sending it back but PLEASE NOTE I CANNOT GET IT TO THE POST UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS FOR A REFUND.

Poor organisation management
I tracked my order 7 working days after my order was processed to find a comment saying the product was no longer available and I was to remove it from my basket or cancel it, even though payment had been taken a week ago. On querying this I was advised it couldn’t be found in the warehouse. 2 days later I received an email saying it was processed, to wait for email saying it was ready for click and collection. Waited 9 working days and phoned store to query, only to be advised it had been sitting in the store for 2 weeks. At no stage did I receive the promised email advising the product was ready for collection. Very poor admin and customer service.

Failed discount
I’m very annoyed that you keep sending me 21% off emails but it doesn’t happen at checkout.
Last week we spent over £130 ( almost all full priced items) but was told there was no offer I would receive the next one by mail. I’m still getting the email saying 21% off. Why did it not happen?
