Easy to place order and speedy delivery

Good clothes and good quality

Placed an order for standard delivery this morning 6am , I noticed the delivery address was incorrect ( a business address that was no longer there) so at 8am called the customer service team and spoke to an inexperienced CS operative. I asked to change to my billing address for delivery. She asked me to call back in an hour as she couldn’t find my order ref. I suggested she refreshed her screen and she eventually found my order. She then said she can’t change to the billing address but I could collect from a store!!! ( no stores near me) so I said please cancel the order as this delivery will fail . She said it’s impossible to change the delivery address . I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are busy, I suggested speaking to a dissatisfied loyal customer is important so could I have a call back, I was told I can do but they might not call me back.
Sadly this is an appalling service . To add insult the 15% voucher code emailed to me today didn’t work either. I was told that I will only get a refund to my credit card once the parcel has had a failed delivery and returned to CTraders . I suggest that the CEO Nick Hamblin may be interested to see what’s happening at the Customer Service Department . Thank you Jamie for trying to help but your inexperience was not supported by your managers on this CS occasion. I’m a very dissatisfied customer

The people in the shop, both were extremely helpful, as well as very knowledgeable and most importantly pleasant.
I had something to return and had email waiting when I got home telling me, refund is already being processed.

Ordering is easy but disappointed click and collect wasn't available over the Christmas period resulting in missing out on some homewares I wanted to order in the sale

My products were delivered to a store, the service there was very good. The products were fine

Staff at shop in Clarks village Street very friendly and helpful. As I did click and collect I was given the opportunity to choose something from their sale rail for five pounds which was great.

Anything/All that I have bought from Cotton Traders have fitted. The way that they size their clothes is perfect. Other shops their sizing is useless, usually too small. I will certainly use Cotton Traders again

The dress looked really nice on and was very comfortable. I was able to take the one I didn’t want back to a local shop and it was all very easy .

Delivery to my nearest pick up store was quick. Easy to return at store if goods not suitable.

I've got more stylish clothes at a better price than Levis or Wrangler, which I was waring up until now. The zips are good, the material is good and it's a good fit.

Gentleman that served us was really helpful. Shop was pleasant and tidy.

Bought some tops in Clarks Village, wore them on holiday, the most comfortable polo shirts I have ever worn, looked on line and ordered some more in different colours
