Product was as described, trousers - very comfy and with the help of the lady in Planters Garden Centre (Staffordshire) I have the right length. I find it useful to have them delivered to a 'shop' as there is always help and its useful if items have to be returned.

After recieving email to say order ready to collect travelled to collect only for half the other to be able to be collected
The a week later to be informed no longer on stock
Then when returning the first item sales person in the shop said they were nothing to do with cotton traders
