TOTAL SCAM, do not go here. FAQ is all "NZ Post" but they're in the Netherlands, says 2-10 working days for delivery, took a month, I paid for 100% cotton, got 100% polyester, cost $70 for 48 unusable labels (mine were printed "100% Cotton"!!), printing blurry and cheap, what you get looks nothing like their online preview, pricing EXCLUDES GST but doesn't tell you (so violating NZ law), emailed requesting refund, NO REPLY!
SCAM company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I made an order on 3 Jan, received email immediately with ‘tracking number’
Over one month later it still hasn’t arrived in the country (according to NzPost), no response to emails, tracking number not being updated, quite often when checking their website, there is no response on their server.
Waste of time and money
After I placed my order I realized that they are based on Netherlands and thought it was a scam. But after 10 working days my order arrived. I would be nice if they were more specific about the location.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! These clowns are not NZ based at all. Shipping takes for ever and communication is an automated email. They've got Dutch bank account details, so presumedly they are Dutch based. I haven't received my labels yet, but now having read reviews from others, it doesn't forebode anything good.
