Very disappointed in this company. I bought iron on labels to put on knit sweaters. Some sweaters were wool but most were 100% cotton yet the labels did not stick, There were no warnings that these labels do not stick to knitted material yet they refuse to reimburse me. I do not recommend a company that does not stand by their product and misleads purchasers by not providing a full accurate description of what fabrics it will or will not work on. I may have lost $100 but they are losing hundreds of dollars from the order I planned to make. I failed to read the reviews before ordering snd it certainly looks like they are not a credible company to deal with. I will now purchase it elsewhere.

Ordered labels May 2021. Recieved order Jan 2022. The arrival took me by surprise as I had completely forgot about them. After complaining last year I was told I'd get a refund, which I didn't. The quality of the labels as poor, not worth the wait. Dont bother with this company.

THIS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY- Don't be fooled by .com.au. The labels are NOT cotton at all but printed synthetic labels. NOT recommended at all.

Do not buy labels from this Company. The fabric is not as advertised - I ordered cotton labels and awful polyester labels were sent. The print on the label is not clear. I ordered black labels and when they arrived they had a nasty white backing. I had purchased the labels to sew into the seams of my handcrafted handbags but I am unable to use them because they do not look professional. Very disappointed. I have e-mailed Cottontrends expressing my dissatisfaction and I will wait to see how they respond.

This is one of those fake companies that pretend to be from the country that you are in - in my case, NZ. I have waited a very long time and received half my order. I wish I'd checked and seen all these reviews first! Is there a way to get these sites shut down? NEVER USE this company!

Do not recommend this company.
First order everything was fine.
Second time, black labels arrived as grey. After ten emails, where I received two completely different answers to the same email, they repeatedly lied, even though my invoice said black saying I ordered grey, then saying they thought it related not to the clothing tag but to the cardboard labels, every email was a different con.
Would not do business with this company again.

Very impressed with customer communication and service. I was concerned regarding previous reviews but no need to be. Considering there is a pandemic, I am super impressed with delivery time and product.

Worst service ever. I have been waiting for a nearly $100 order for 40 days. I won't get a refund this is what they email me:

My order took ages to come and when it did it was useless. My company logo was not visible. I will never order from this company again. So disapointed ,I am a small irish business trying to sell a sustainable product and dealing with this company has been a waste of time and money.

My labels arrived promptly, were exactly what I wanted. Good selection of background colours, and reasonable choice of text styles.
I boiled them to check they would be ok on tea towels, they are prefect. One of the reasons I selected CottonTrends was the site was easy to negotiate, and then place my order.

If there is an option with zero star it would go to them!!! Stay away from this shop, never ever buy anything here. You will never receive the order and also you will be called rude... Ridiculous customer support. Lost of my time and money. Lesson learned...unfortunately.

I was initially wary given the bad reviews. But I have to eat my words!!! I'm completely impressed every email was responded to promptly (thanks Len). My order did take almost 3 weeks to arrive but at a third the cost of local labels no complaints. The labels are fantastic exactly what I ordered and very good quality. I will definitely be reordering from Cotton Trends.

Only if I knew this website bofore placing an order. This business purposly misleads information making people to think that the good will be arrived within a week. The first communication after placing an order will be an automated email saying we don't have much control over delivery. They have every intention to cover their xxx and lie. We shouldn't support this business.

Shocking service .. I have not received my labels ..they provide no tracking they are a total CON do not use they keep sending the same email every time I askwhere my order is

First of all, they operate from the Netherlands but have websites from several different top level domains such as ".ca", ".ru", "co.uk" -- each site does very little to inform you where the company truly operates from. This is deceptive to say the least. Second issue, is they use a bot to answer chat support questions -- also useless when answering any question that requires actual support. The last thing is they show the shipping status of the order on an order page with some details about the progress of the order -- they DO NOT give you the tracking number. I emailed multiple times asking for the tracking number so I could track the shipment directly with the shipping company but they did not provide it. Instead they rambled on about where I could see the tracking details on the order page and reasons why the package might arrive late. Bottom line, this is a non-transparent DECEPTIVE company and their unwillingness to provide a tracking number for the shipment makes me question if the information they provide on their website is actually based on a real shipping status or something their bot generates to make them appear like any delays solely rest on the shipping companies. Two weeks in customs and counting according to their shipping status -- hard to believe when they won't provide the tracking number. Never buying from these guys again -- I can't comment on the product quality yet but that is not even important at this point.

Unusually I didn’t read reviews before ordering as I thought I was dealing with Australian company. Just deceiving people. I’m still waiting for my labels. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Website was AU Australia but actually in Europe??!! Totally conned by these people, lost my money, angry, sad and extremely disappointed. $250+ down the drain. This year has been hard enough. ZERO STARS

I wish i had read the reviews of this company before ordering. THEY ARE TOTALLY DECEPTIVE. I ORDERED THE COTTON LABELS FOR OUR NATURAL PRODUCT AND THEY SENT ME ONES WITH POLYESTER COATING. TOTALLY UNUSABLE. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

If I could I’d give no stars. Absolutely the most disgusting customer service. The product I received was appalling. I contacted them and they tried to blame me for their horrible quality of work. I’ve never dealt with a worse company. Do yourself a favour and don’t even bother. Wish I’d read these reviews. Refused to take any responsibility for the product I received. Completely unusable and tried to tell me it’s my logo (which has been used fine with other companies). Every excuse under the sun as to how it’s my fault. Do not use.

I found the title of the business misleading when it uses Australia, but actually comes from the Netherlands. I wasn't happy with my purchase, and contacted to discuss. Response was less than friendly.
