I placed an order for an xl sofa, love seat & footstool and from the very beginning they have got my order wrong. The sofa cushions don’t fit. The arm bolster cushions are far too big. I didn’t receive any for the love seat. The seat cushions aren’t big enough and have a huge gap down the middle of the sofa. The back cushions have drooped and are loosing shape rapidly. I have had this sofa since 16th May. It’s 21st June and the things wrong with it just keep appearing. They sent the wrong footstool. I have repeated chased them for responses, I finally get them to respond and they agree to replace the footstool with the ottoman I paid extra for(cash on delivery) they took my money instantly but hadn’t delivered the correct item. It’s taken multiple times of contacting them to get them to agree to replace it to the one I paid extra for. They finally sent the ottoman and it finally arrived 3 days ago. It’s wrong again. The feet don’t match my sofa and it’s a different size to the other one… The original delivery was later than planned they delayed it 3 times, and then I was going away the week they said they would deliver so I ended up having to ask to delay it for another week as I was away. When I was on holiday they called me to ask about fabric. Bear in mind they told me my sofa was ready and just in storage at this point. They confused me so much about the fabric it’s the wrong one. I have tried so many times to call them and no one answers. I’ve messaged flat out and still no response. Tired phoning multiple times no one answers. Very very unhappy. Do not recommend.

Delivery was prompt, came in just 14 days. Highly satisfied and recommend couchek to everyone!

Bought a sofa and a chair, arrived 2 days late and at 10pm on a Sunday evening. Unhappy with the quality, the colour and the depth of the seats, I requested a return. At that point they blocked me on social media, blocked me from the “chat”, cannot get in touch with them , no reply to emails, no reply to automated messages. Once they take your cash , you won’t hear from them again so PLEASE BEWARE!
The furniture does not look like the pics online. The 30 day no hassle refund guarantee will not be honoured. Save time and hassle by buying off a reputable company.

Do not trust this company! They are advertising images stolen from another website. We manufacture exclusively for the supplier they have stolen the images from and know categorically they are not selling the range through Couchek. Do not be fooled!

After a month of chasing and 3 failed delivery attempts and an empty gesture I finally got my headboard panels at 8.30pm Thursday night.. no instructions of how to mount them or fixtures .. I am a 73 year old woman, now what am I supposed to do.. have requested help on what’s app from customer service only to be told they’ll get someone to tell me .. nothing yet !

Just received the hatch modular sofa, was not expecting this much quality as was worried when read some negative reviews but I am happy that received it as per my expectations. Defo recommend!!! Love it

I ordered the Chelsea corner sofa & absolutely love it! Ordered & arrived within about 3 days! Cannot fault the staff whatsoever they were so accommodating over WhatsApp, arrived super quick. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Terrible customer service, and company bought the individual headboard panels said they would be delivered between 1/12 days no sign after 14 days, messaged them said they had been on holiday so would get a date the following week, following week no contact from them, messaged them again said they would arrive the following Tues, stayed in all day no delivery, contacted them again said the delivery people had forgotten to put them on the van !! They then phoned on to say they would be delivered on the Thurs still nothing, I then get a phone call on the Sat to say they would be delivered at 10pm that night, so fed up by then agreed to them to deliver, only to get a text at 9.50pm the delivery van was running late and would deliver the next day, after chasing the order for weeks a guy in a car turned up with the items, no van insight, will never order from this company again, one panel was damaged on the side and another panel hadn’t been finished properly so no backing on it like the others, I could not be bothered with the hassle of sending the back 😡😡

I would never purchase from this site again I was told four different delivery times customer service is a disgrace and when it did arrive it was 9.30 pm on a Friday night so unprofessional
