Coudy.ai is a fraud. They promissed unlimited credits for picture genration and video geneation, but after you pay you have only 6 video generations per week. When asked why, i've heard that there was no information about unlimited credit. Freaking lie.I contacted for refund and got information about up to 60 days awaiting time. I said that is fine - send me refund confirmation. After that no responce at all. Scam, fraud and DO NOT use this service.

When I saw what this system was like, shortly after paying for the subscription, I requested a refund; according to the site, it can be done within the first 14 days. I immediately canceled the subscription and applied for a refund of the paid amount both via email and the contact form - zero response. The site is poorly translated from Czech and lacks a mobile app. A hopeless system, probably created just to extract money from people. I do not recommend it.
After about two months they've deleted my account and now I don't have access to that crappy system, but without any messages, without money back....

edit: Recently I have received emails about closing my account - now my account is removed - I don't have access to that crappy system and I don't have the budget for it either

WARNING – lies and fraud!!! There’s nothing there yet, and you’re already forced to give 5 stars. Then they lure you in with all kinds of promises, and only after you pay do you find out you can’t actually do what you wanted or what they promised. Furthermore, they didn’t refund the money as they said they would within 30 days — on the contrary, they charged me again because they left the original payment link active. I’m going to sue this fraudulent company for theft.

terrible product , terrible bots ,terrible customer service . of course no refund even we found out after 10 minutes after purchase that the whole thing is worse then the free chatgpt...
