Betalt for en vare der måske aldrig er sendt
Bestilte en vare i slut marts og fik at vide at den ville komme omk 10. April.
Fik aldrig en officiel besked om at varen var sendt men pengene blev trukket.
Da jeg skrev fik jeg at vide at den var sendt og var i tolden. Siden da har jeg skrevet flere gange og får at vide at den er på vej med Post Nord. Dette er ikke tilfældet.
De bliver længere og længere om at svare og jeg har pt betalt for en vare jeg ikke mere regner med at få.

Your parcel was delivered on the 30th of April 2023.
Looking at our conversation, with the exception of one email (the email you had sent on the 12th of April) you sent us a reminder email on the 18th of April, and it was promptly replied to within 14 hours.
Otherwise, we had always replied to you within 24 hours all your emails.
We apologise for the late delays, unfortunately, Postnord had selected your parcel for custom checks and this led to delays. This information was communicated to you and a tracking number was provided demonstrating this.
We again apologise for all this, and hope our plushies have been of excellent quality.
