I can’t thank Natalie enough for putting me at ease and for calming my nerves that I had at first. Natalie has a warm, caring nature and is very professional and I feel very well looked after. Natalie is an asset to the company.

Great service

Having spoken to Debbie about the service, she explained it brilliantly and I am definitely interested in using the service of Country Partners.

I have been associated with Country Partners for 3 months now. I initially came across the company whilst browsing online. So, I joined and have had a very good experience. I spoke with Kerry who explained exactly how their service worked. Kerry is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most welcoming. Furthermore Kerry and her colleagues are very professional in what they do. She became my matchmaker and remains so. Country partners is discreet and I find, a much better way of meeting someone! So much better than the usual and sometimes fake'dating sites. They have a complete genuineness to them and this gives one, the assurance and piece of mind when seeking someone hopefully special. Their communication is superb and they have always been available to speak to usually on the same day. Country partners in my opinion are in the higher end of matchmaking and I do recommend giving this company a try! It's 5/5 and I thank Kerry and all the team for their excellent service!

One of the reasons I joined country partners was to be able to meet like minded individuals who were looking for the same commitment. I am surprised to read the bad reviews as my experience has been nothing like mentioned. Rachel has been wonderful.

I felt well supported working with this Agency. They made helpful suggestions re my writing the introductory Profile. I felt full confidence in the checks they routinely make on their clients before working with them.

The two women I dealt with were warm, empathetic people. Their follow up was genuine too.

My Matchmaker Rachel is always there for me, even when I know I can be picky. I trust her, which helps me stay open-minded. Although I've met two men who weren't right for me, I know with time and Rachel's support, I will get there.

Do not waste your money.
I have embarrassingly spent a lot of money on a package that would assure me introductions of smart, vetted professionals who have had background checks completed.
Having been interviewed by an employee, who, with hindsight, preys on the emotionally vulnerable aspects of seeking a partner, my experiences were nothing but disappointing.
The matchmaker was rude at times and unapproachable.
Introductions were poorly selected and didn’t match.
An utter waste of money that I will regret for ever more.
A shambles quite frankly.

Absolute scam! So so awful! Please don’t waste your £1000s and trust them with your heart!! They completely rob you! All but one of the introductions (not matches) were completely unsuitable and even then, that one match- I wasn’t convinced he was a genuine date when I met him. They just want to tick all the boxes so that you can’t get a refund (the contract says they only have to give you 12 introductions over the 12 months). These “introductions” don’t even have to be matched to your personalised brief that you gave them.

Over twelve months, I didn't match with a single person! I was sent profiles of people with mostly no interests in common. Communication with matchmakers was poor, and unkind at times. I spent £1000s on an experience that was a huge disappointment, felt insulting at times, and was a hit to my confidence.
