Terrible customer service, don't recommend.

The product received was fine but the service was unacceptable. I was brushed off, ignored and lied to. I ordered late January after being told the turn around was 2 weeks. In mid February I was told it was being worked on and would ship next week. Start of March I was told it was drying and would ship next week. Mid March I was told it had shipped and they would send me the tracking number. Then they stopped replying to my messages wondering where it was. Start of April I said if I didn't receive within a week I would assume they were running a fraudulent business and act accordingly. After that it suddenly arrived but they still never replied to me. I would never recommend anyone to shop there.
