We had spray foam removed from my flat. The whole team from start to finish were great. Very professional and friendly and would totally recommend them. Whole process was very quick and efficient.

I had my roof removed and replaced due to disastrous attempt at spray foam removal by another firm. Matt, Harvey and Kieron worked tirelessly all through the hottest days of this very hot summer. They were cheerful and efficient and a pleasure to have on my property. I was very well looked after by Rachel and Nick in the office. The few queries I had were very promptly dealt with by Rachel, who was always available for me. All in all, a great firm, I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Excellent experience working with Countrywide Roofing and Insulation. All the members of staff who I dealt with are courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was offered a free of charge survey initially, and it was explained to me about the different types of spray foam insulation, and how it should be removed. I was given a quotation and a date was set for the removal of the spray foam from the loft space. Before and After photographs were provided, together with a full report and price breakdown.
In short, Countrywide Roofing and Insulation are excellent to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

From the survey, the administration, and the actual removal of the spray foam, the professionalism was first class. The 3 men who did the removal were brilliant, pleasant and good humoured. The roof looks better now than before the foam was installed. There is now no sign of the foam, the felt was repaired as required and the new floor insulation rolled out. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Saved from a spray foam nightmare! While selling our house we discovered old spray foam insulation, bringing the sale to a halt. From my first call, Aidy was calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. Nick and Millie kept us updated throughout, handled building control and made the process stress-free. Darrick and his team were professional, considerate and completed the work to an excellent standard, exactly on schedule. After reading horror stories, I can honestly say Countrywide were outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Brad, from Countrywide, came to discuss the removal of our spray foam loft insulation beforehand and talked us through the removal without any pressure, unlike any other companies.
Steve and his two lads arrived at our home at 7.00am all the way from Bournemouth on Monday, July 13th, and having started promptly were finished by 12 noon.
They worked diligently all the time and cleaned up wonderfully when they finished. Steve even left a message on our answerphone to make sure we were happy - we were.
We would definitely give them a 5-Star rating and would recommend them highly.

We needed to have spray foam removed which resulted in a complete re-roof of our Victorian house prior to sale. Frederica came out to assess what was needed and was very knowledgeable about what would be required and how long it would take. The job was estimated to take 2 weeks but Matt and his team got it done in just over a week. A great job all round. Countrywide appear to be a well oiled machine with skips scaffolding and materials all arriving at the right times. The price was reasonable too, they were very reasonable and having paid similar amounts to cowboy roofers in the past who messed up our roof in the first place I appreciate the reassurance that I have with all of the correct paperwork and guarantees provided by countrywide. My advice would be to just use countrywide, it’s a minefield trying to find a credible local roofer these days.

A great company deal with from start to finish, would highly recommend. The men involved in removing the spray foam insulation were all very pleasant and hard working, especially during this incredibly hot run of weather!
