Irresponsible installation and zero accountability

I am incredibly disappointed with the service from Countrywide Signs. They installed a "For Sale" sign on my property with zero consideration for safety or property damage. The installer hammered the post into the gravel driveway directly on top of our utility lines.
I had to personally dig a hole to assess the damage, fearing our water supply had been hit (it turned out to be the broadband line). Despite the clear negligence, neither Countrywide Signs nor the Estate Agents will take liability for their actions.
Communication has been a nightmare. After numerous phone calls, the installer finally returned, only to take the sign and leave without knocking, without assessing the damage they caused, and without re-installing it in a safe location. This has caused immense stress and anxiety. They seem to have no initiative and even less regard for customer property. Avoid at all costs.

I worked for this company for almost 20…

I worked for this company for almost 20 years, used to be a great company to work for, and did their job in a professional manner, unfortunately it is no longer the company it once was, useless poorly trained franchisees and terrible management, do not use them.

Avoid, at all costs

As an ex franchisee I sold my business.. but things have gone from bad to worse at this company.. if you have any doubts check them on line at companies house to see their figures and compare with agency express..
This franchise is infeasible as a business and you are running to fund their monthly MSF payments which are 15% of turnover (no profit). Do not make the mistake or be fooled by this company…. If you want to do this business go to agency express.. I’d you don’t you will be working 6-7 days a week, have little to no wages and burn yourself out while they sit back and profit..
