Didn't honour quote...
I've been a customer of County Boilers for quite a few years, they installed our heating system around 10 years ago and have serviced it ever since. The service and their engineers have always been very good. Unfortunately in the last few months this has not been quite the same.
I asked for an quote for both a full system flush and boiler service and they provided that. The quote was acceptable so I booked it in. We were told the power flush and boiler service would happen on different days as different staff members would be doing this, again fine from my perspective. The power flush went ahead but unfortunately the boiler service got rescheduled twice (by them, and in each case very last minute causing disruption with my work) so it ended up happening 3 months later than it was supposed, they now aren't honoring thier original quote, so the boiler service has gone from a quoted £85+vat to £130 + vat and despite me pointing out that they had provided an estimate and that any time difference between me booking it and the service happening is entirely due to them, the response seems to be 'tough...'
Needless to say I'll be finding a different supplier...
