We just had our old gas warm air heating replaced with a whole new central heating system. Russell was accommodating by visiting on a Saturday to see what was required. He offered advice on options available and what would work best. Owen and Russell were a fantastic team with Adi helping in the second week. They were so professional but friendly and respectful of me working from home. They were so clean and tidy you would not have known they had been here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

This is the 5th service we’ve had with County Boilers. Ade is respectful, approachable and carries out his work professionally and to a high standard.

Russell,is professional and went out of his way to make sure the boiler was the right one for me,my boiler has just been installed over the last couple of days ,at the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy and the next to task explained,owen is also highly professional and a pleasure to be around ever polite ,once everything was completed Russell took the time to explain to me how everything worked, overall the service was first class ,I have nothing negative to add and can only highly recommend county boilers ,for a service which goes over and beyond what could normally be expected ,I've never experienced such good customer service.

I initially sent a text to Adi via recommendation about my failed heating and hot water thermostat and he swiftly called me to clarify what the issue was which was much appreciated.

He offered upfront solutions and kept me informed as to his same day ETA.

Upon attendance he was professional, polite, knowledgeable and helped me to come to the right present solution with all options on the table. He also had future upgrade recommendations.

Adi took me through how to operate my new thermostat and app which was appreciated because I had no idea how to operate it. My heating is now fully operational which I am super happy about because it is freezing cold!!

Additionally, the invoicing and payment system was easy to use.

Highly recommended and would certainly hire again.

Having been recommended by Worcester Bosch H.O Adi came to repair my boiler that had stopped working. Adi promptly established the problem, ordered spare parts which he collected immediately returning to fit and carry out a full service. I cannot recommend Adi highly enough. Had my boiler replaced recently and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a young adult sorting this kind of thing for the first time, I was a bit nervous, but the engineers were brilliant, really friendly, patient, and gave me a clear rundown of all my options before starting. They were respectful of my space and work schedule, didn’t make any mess, and even helped me get the Hive smart heating set up properly. Made the whole process super easy and comfortable. County boilers have been amazing from start to finish. They fit us in incredibly quickly (we had a loft conversion and didn’t realise how urgently we needed a combi boiler!!) and did a fantastic job. They also came out to a quick job as I smelt gas and they came to check it incredibly promptly, reassuring me. Highly recommend and very friendly team too! Thank you!
