Massively impressed with County Gas and how Adrian drove the process and got our Air Source Heat Pump fitted as quickly as possible and efficiently.

Communication was first rate and the project management impeccable.

The project was more labour intensive than I expected and Lee who did the boiler fitting and demonstrated knowledge and expertise in being with the installation of the boiler and apparatus from start to finish.

Would recommend County Gas wholeheartedly.

I am delighted with my project and its outcome and I'm very pleased and proud to be a relatively early up-taker of the Valliant ASHP and Sunamp Thermino thermal battery solution. I'd like to express my profound admiration and thanks to every single member of the team - including (but not limited to) Adrian, Callum, Lee, Dan, Olivia - who made this
possible, so very professionally and so very quickly.

Adrian is a superb, knowledgeable and committed project manager and an excellent communicator and coordinator. The installation was efficiently accomplished with minimal fuss and disruption, and two tiny snags were dealt with promptly and with good humour.

I could not be happier to have chosen County Gas for this project.

We were well advised from the start. All information readily available and no pressure. All questions answered promptly. All grant applications done for us.
Work was completed quickly and efficiently, with some minor hitches dealt with very quickly and efficiently. They also communicated very well with workmen carrying out external insulation at same time. No problems since the installation. We noticed a difference immediately. Would give 6 stars if possible.

First rate advice and follow up from Adrian when I had many questions about air source heat pumps +/- new boiler. Going on his advice we went for new combi boiler only which was installed soon after we completed on the house purchase. Very accommodating with last minute change of date due to my health at the time. Found the company to be honest and straightforward to deal with. Installer also excellent and nothing too much trouble. Recommend to anyone.

Adrian and the team at County Gas provided first class service from start to finish in my dealings with them. I have used County Gas on two separate occasions ( one which was an emergency and they stepped up with real class) I can’t recommend them enough, first class technical service combined with first class customer service. Would not hesitate to either use them again or recommend them to others.

What an absolutely brilliant service from Adrain who completed a full heat loss report on my very old house to Lee, Arron et al for the installation even down to the company MD who rang up to check I was completely satisfied with the installation.

The company provided me with the first realistic quote based on facts about how I live in my home. Prior to this I had several visits from people who walked around my house sucking their teeth who then promptly pull out a figure from thin air. I have a limited knowledge of these new technologise but like most people I have done my research.

Both the company and the product are second to none and I would fully recommend. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic and the guys were really tidy.

All round complete 5 stars if i could give more i would.

Can’t rate this company highly enough. First John came to survey the property. Then Sam and Lewis came to put in the underfloor insulation. Followed by Danny who came to install the vents and plane the doors. All of the lads were very efficient, polite and left absolutely no mess. Thank you for a great job!
