Unacceptable service and unprofessional behaviour

I recently moved from Denmark to Canada, with 5 moving boxes to ship. I paid more than 6000 DKK for this, and Courier Copenhagen promised a delivery within 7 days.
A few days after the pick-up, I still had no tracking links. I asked, and I was told that my parcels had been shipped to the wrong country - it turned out that it was a mistake from Courier Copenhagen. I had to ask updates several times, because the company was giving very little details regarding what happened.
When I finally received my boxes, 1 MONTH after, they were torn-apart. Meanwhile, Courier Copenhagen was hiding me the true story of what happened, and was barely answered my emails.
After I received the boxes, I asked for a compensation because I did not get the service I paid for. I got no answer to my multiple emails.
Based on these facts: I strongly recommend to stay away from Courier Copenhagen. The service was unacceptable, the behaviour was highly unprofessional and the communication was not transparent at all.

Worst ever company and worst ever customer care! Shipped our stuff from Denmark to London 1.5 years ago. One of the most valuable bags got lost from them . I have been chasing them for over a year now. Filling and sending different forms to them and UPS. when we call UPS they say they are going to pay the compensation to Courier Copenhagen. And Courier Copenhagen has stopped replying to our emails. Called them numerous times. But since I am not in Denmark now it has become hard to chase them. Losing luggage is one thing but the amout of effort and time we have put to get the compensation is huge too! I would have definitely sued this company if I were in Denmark for the loss of our stuff and wasting our time for nothing!

Bad practice

Be vigilant! It is NOT official DHL Service Point it just looks like. It is partner of DHL which may apply its own fee. The owner SILENTLY charges additional fee TWICE as much as price of DHL service. If you got double charge and came to investigate the case be ready the owner informs you he needs to pay his bills and has no any obligations to inform you about his fee. DHL Denmark knows about such practice of the partner but does nothing. Stay away, save your money.

BAD EXPERIENCE

I have 1 shipping experience with this company and it was HORRIBLE.
my stuff was shipped almost 2 months late,
several things was broken inside the boxes,
when we arrived to pick up the stuff they refused to give us 1 of our luggages because they said it wasn't ours, 1 of my luggages got missing in the shipping and took even extra time to get here.
I'm sorry, but based on my opinion I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Reliable

I used Courier Copenhagen twice, once as a sender and once as a receiver. They cost your eyeballs but if the package is important and can't wait, then it's worth it. No worrying if the package is lost, and can't be traced. The transportation is constantly updated.
I only used the face to face service in the shop, so I don't know about the packages being picked up from sender's location.
The shop in Gammel Kongevej gives good service. And the service is reliable, in contrary of Postnord, which is like playing the lottery. It works sometimes, and doesn't other times.

Expert and courteous couriers

Expert and courteous couriers. Efficient collection service and quick delivery to Italy. The majority of my very fragile items arrived intact due to careful and robust packing. However, having to rely on other couriers along the way, accidents can happen and some damage occurred, but Mr Koldt of Couriercopenhagen was able to obtain adequate compensation for me. Entirely satisfied.
