After hours and hours of research, I decided to take advantage of a courtesy 30-minute coaching session, and was greeted by Gerald, who thoughtfully answered all my questions and truly outlined how CC360 will set me and my business up for success. I opted for the 30-day free start-up and have been delighted with the customer service representative, Ray, who has made all the difference with the learning curve and processes by assuring I have all the promised access.

I have tried all the platforms kijabi, maight networks, circle, skool ect. CC360 offers so much more for the price and the technical help is human! I am very happy with them!

This platform is great for building a course and the extra information and learning received regarding marketing is phenomenal! It is fairly pricey but all you need (and more) is on the same platform! The 24/7 help through chat with real tech support people is invaluable and I couldn't have done it without them. They explain, send screen shots and short videos explaining what to do to fix a problem. My only criticism is that I found it difficult building a website on their platform. (I found the interface 'clunky') However, they have some great templates and their funnels (sales funnels) are amazing and fairly easy to edit once you work it out.

My onboarding rep, Juan, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The training was straightforward, and Juan helped me launch my new domain and use my idea to launch my course in less than one hour.

I've been using CC360 for a few months now. Moved over everything from my old platform. Everything appeared fine. But there's one major flaw: clients can't change their email addresses! The only way to do it is to delete the old account (including all forum posts, course progression, comments, everything), and create a totally new account. Really, really bad design flaw. Or they're covering up some greater issue they can't resolve. I'd stay well clear until they sort out that small but very significant flaw.

CC360 is hands down the best software for running a course or product business. Their support team is fast, helpful, and always goes the extra mile. Stockton also provides incredible additional resources like live calls that you simply cannot beat.

I recently ran into an issue with zipped folders, and Ray from support immediately pulled in the dev team and helped resolve it quickly.

I am genuinely happy I found CC360.

Course Creator 360 is an excellent company- with all the newest and innovative tools to create your best website & branded app, I couldn’t be happier with all the help and service. Whenever I have a question- I have live help that understand & get me on the right track. Recently Tony & Ray were absolutely a godsend - in other companies you just don’t find help like this. I am a hospital worker by trade, with zero background in website programming. I was able to create 14 digital courses, and my module recordings are super easy to upload along with my pictures… every detail is thought of with 100 more that will enlighten you. Fantastic company- you will be happy you signed up for this company 10 out of 10 stars not just 5 !!!

I had my onboarding Zoom with Juan O and he was amazing! Very patient, knowledgeable and we everything done. So far, the customer service has prompt and professional. Nothing to say but good things about this experience and being a future course creator on this platform.
