Absolutely the worst most disgusting bunch of incompetents I have ever had dealings with,my partner has been on the phone this morning for almost 2 hours waiting to speak to an advisor and nobody could even be bothered to pick up the phone,despite having the phone put down twice without being spoken too.my case has been dragged on now for 20 months it is a disgrace how disabled people are treated by the people that are meant to protect them,I have made numerous complaints and been lied about they really are a disgusting bunch of incompetents
