My experience
The service I received from Court Without A Lawyer was top class.
When I first contacted them I received a very detailed CV from Mr Ison with links to various case law that could be accessed on the internet. All of the cases checked out and the comments made by various judges were exemplary.
For example, and I quote
"His manner in the course of his cross-examination was calm and courteous throughout. Similarly, his submissions were calm and considered, and they focused on the legal and evidential issues before the Court. I am indebted to him for his assistance which I am satisfied enabled the father to have a fair hearing. I struggle to see how his case could have been better or more effectively put."
I did these checks because I was concerned to read the review left by Nikki Raza and did so given that I am originally from Antigua.
However, it is clear that if you read Ms Raza's other reviews she makes very similar claims about other people and companies failing to return calls. She also plays the race card, accuses them of running a cowboy outfit and claims that they have harassed her in some way.
This is not what I experienced with this company so my view is speak to them, check out the legal reports as I did, and not reviews left by other who may need some intervention generally.
In closing, I can also say that Mr Ison saved me £1,000.00's, perhaps £10,000.00 on what another company had quoted. My family and I are indebted to him for the work that he did.
