I've been using courtyard for over 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Website is good, app is good, customer service has been amazing. They keep improving and and stepping up there game. It has been great for my collection.

You are constantly evolving and making important updates to make it more transparent while introducing new products and price points to appeal to every level of collector. My best pull was a Kareem rc, one of the most iconic cards, out of a $50 pack!

It’s fun but I’ve definitely put more money in then anything big I’ve hit , most 500 dollar pulls have been below 500 and as are most of the pulls would be nice for at least one big hit

Of all the different websites to open packs, Courtyard.io stands above them all. They always have something for everyone, are constantly doing a limited drops and payouts are super fast. 10/10

I like the app and the services. But I must admit I was disappointed with one of my orders and how it was handled. One of my packages was lost and I was just told there was nothing the company could do. I just think if something like that happens I would at least extend a discount/bonus point for the next purchase. I think it would you the company cares. Other than that the rest its good.

Marketplace improvements have been really nice, seems like odds of purple or better have got worse

I like your platform for the most part but it would be nice if you didn’t recycle the cards that often.. seems like I have hit the same cards multiple times..

Things have got a lot better such as performance but there are still very critical bugs regarding wallet balance. I have already found bugs which was verified by support that essentially lost money for the user. I actually had to hound the support ppl and find the exact areas of the bugs and even then it was difficult. There is one bug recently where money mysteriously disappeared from my wallet. Audit logs and polygonscans doesnt reveal anything... Currently submitted to support channel but no response as of yet.

Another frustrating thing is use of language and where its not obvious where theres a fee and no fee. It's better now but I cant help but think its on purpose where the language was left purposely vague.

I enjoy the wide selection of pack choices and various sports. I applaud the streamlined process from first opening a pack to selling on or shipping to me.

I have bought and sold hundreds of cards on courtyard and have had very good experiences. I have gotten some great pulls(10x plus), and I feel that courtyards pricing is accurate and reflects market comps. I have also shipped a number of cards and have had zero issues with this process.

Delivery is great. Too much downside to pulling packs.

Glitchy on payment and wallet at times. Overall I’ve had fun and some occasional luck on cards and comics. I do find the “randomness” to be in question as sometimes I’ll pull the same item very close together which is annoying and disappointing. Overall solid minus these notes.

Everything is great and issues are fixed in a timely manner.

Love Courtyard.io and all the fresh product offerings. Always a fun rip and appreciate the speedy shipments!
