Firme sérieuse

Après un achat dont la livraison a tardé suite aux conditions sanitaires dues au Corona Virus, j'avais une mauvaise impression a propos de cette société. Je tiens a corriger celle-ci, car après explications de part et d'autre la société m'a non seulement remboursé la totalité de mon achat mais m'a laissé gratuitement la jouissance du colis qui venait d'arriver après plus de 2 mois d'attente et que je n'espérais plus. Expérience donc positive avec cette société qui a fait preuve de sérieux mais aussi d'une grande courtoisie et d'un sens commercial à souligner.
