There is serious confusion here, resulting in possible defamation. The American company is, on all the evidence, entirely respectable, and nothing to do with the British-based scammers selling fake dehumidifiers. The negative reviews of the latter need to be transferred to where they belong.

Do not touch this scam company which have also operated under different names in the past search on Google. They tell you to return the rubbish dehumidifier to China and not to the English address on the box it arrives in. Send all details to your bank, buildung society or credit card company. I hate to give a star here but no choice.

Ordered a dehumidifier from this company, on the 10th Feb 2025, it arrived fairly quick, but needed to return the item (unused and unopened). However after 4 times of requesting a return address I still never received the return details, instead I was met with how much of a "hassle" it would be as they would have to deduct a delivery fee, customs fee, and that I would have to return it to China at my cost, (despite it being dispatched for a UK address), I was also advised that if they deemed it to be "damaged" on its return then no refund would be issued and the item would not be returned to me either... I was instead asked to keep the item and give it as "a gift" to someone and they would offer me a 5% refund (£6.90) to keep it, in the end I gave up trying and I am out of pocket £138. Do yourselves a favour and stay clear of this company.

Awful product they mention no fuss 30 day money back guarantee - awful customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company to try and get my money back as they have stopped communicating with me now. Just glad I have all the email trail. £138 down the drain otherwise.

The only place I go for pet supplies. Definitely recommended.

The Covatar team and artist did a great job for me; they were thorough and helpful. Also very accommodating when I asked for a minor tweak to facial structure! The portrait is beautiful and I would definitely use Covatar again in the future.

I've purchased about 6 portraits now, one for myself, the rest as gifts. I've had a great experience every time! Covatar is absolutely fantastic, and I often recommend it to family and friends. The portraits are excellent, and customer service is happy to address any concerns you have. The production team has always been happy to make minor adjustments, free of charge, when I'm not fully satisfied. I love using my Covatar as an avatar on social media. Highly recommend!

This service helped me a lot when I required to buy food for my dog. Unfortunately, I was too busy with my occupation that I forgot about buying a food for the whole week for my dog. I had to feed him meat, however I believe that dogs and pets should eat only those meal which is created for them, because it contains all the microelements and vitamins for maintaining their health. I applied to this company in order to buy some food and the customer support team politely helped me with this issues. i ordered everything I needed and it cam in time.

I was gifted a covatar and found the experience fun and the finished product terrific! I had a request for a slight modification and this was done quickly and at no extra charge. :) Now friends and family want one too!

I recently used covatar for 5 different surprise portraits as holiday gifts for friends and family, and I was completely blown away by the quality! The smallest portrait I ordered was for 2 people - the rest were usually for 2-4 people and 1-2 pets each, so the artists really had their work cut out for them, especially since they weren't drawing based on 1 or 2 pictures, but always about 10 single images that they had to combine into one beautiful portrait. In almost every case, the portraits came out perfectly and exceeded my expectations. But even in a few small cases where the overall portrait was stunning but the resemblance was ever slightly off, the customer service I received in getting those small fixes made was also AMAZING! They were highly communicative and helpful, and the resulting fixes were absolutely perfect! I wish I could attach the portraits here and the original images the artists had to work with - it was really a fantastic experience and worth every penny. Will definitely use them again in the future for gifts, since there's few things more special than having a custom portrait.

The experience is great, you can write down what colours you like and add in preferences that you have for the drawing. Katie followed my requests and the resulting picture was beyond my expectation. The customer service is also very fast and efficient. I appreciate that they ask for your permission to add your drawing to social media. I will be recommending covatar to all my friends and family! My sister’s dog passed away earlier this year and for Christmas I wanted to have a portrait of the two of them done. I learned about Covatar from a blogger I follow who had a self portrait done by Katie. It was so beautiful I thought I’d give it a try. I filled out the questionnaire and sent in a few photos of my sister and her little boy and oh my gosh... I did not expect the portrait to be this amazing. I am absolutely blown away. Katie did such an amazing job. She took my idea and used her talent to create something my sister will have forever. Thank you so much Katie! You left me speechless.
