A sincere service with straight forward answers

Calling them right after signing up online. Since I have questions about the welcome bonus. Surprisingly the customer service is nice. Because they are really trying to solve your problem sincerely rather than hoping to hanging up your call right away.
They well explained to my questions straight forward.

No refunds for solar credits - deceptive marketing - slow support

Firstly, it took over 2 weeks to even get a response from their support team. While waiting 2 weeks for a response I did receive multiple 'we will close you ticket, please respond if you don't want us to' before they had even responded to it!

When I requested that my credits that had accumulated be refunded to me they told me that they don't allow that. I checked the website and could find no mention of it anywhere - not even on their web page devoted to requesting a refund. It seems clear that don't want people to know this. In fact, even when you close your account they keep any credits accumulated.

I contacted **CovaU Energy** regarding an enquiry, and after assisting me with my request, they offered me a new plan with lower rates. The representative was helpful and professional throughout the process. Overall, it was a great customer service experience!

I chatted with customer service representative this morning about my credit refund, and she sent me an email this afternoon and promised me the money would be returned within 7 days.
She is very helpful and responsible.

Easily changed to a cheaper offer

Easily changed to a cheaper offer that had been suggested on my bill, would have appreciated a lock in that the price wouldn't change for a set period rather than just being told that they will notify me if it changes.
