Really bad quality clothing for high prices would not purchase from there again

Horrible experience! This is a cheap Chinese factory - not a UK based company. The blazer I received was so incredibly cheap, and looked nothing like the blazer ordered. They will only provide a refund if I pay to ship the item back. Buyer Beware!

I ordered an item that did not look anything like the item on the picture on their website. They demand that I ship it to China and pay for it myself. The item was not cheap. I would never buy from them again.

I bought two very expensive holiday jackets from this site. They are cheap pieces of junk I am embarrassed to even donate. Don’t buy from this site. The pictures do not match what you get. Very misleading.

I had made a purchase through them. Never received the items. Upon contacting them, they replied with tracking information showing it was delivered to my address. They told me to take it to the USPS and for them to track it because it was marked as delivered, they had no legal responsibility any further. After contacting USPS, the post master, she used Cove-Lifestyle’s supplied tracking number. The tracking number belonged to another package from a different company, addressed to a different person. Apparently, according to the post master, is a frequent problem and it is a scam and to contact my bank to dispute.

I ordered a blazer and was very disappointed by the quality when it arrived. The wait was long and the excitement was short lived. Unfortunately, it felt more like a blouse styled to resemble a blazer rather than a true tailored piece. The item looked NOTHING like the photo. I would strongly suggest charging slightly more in exchange for better-quality materials and construction. Overall, this experience has been quite disappointing. Unfortunately I have no positive feedback to add. I feel so duped…
