Shit house! There are more one-star reviews than any other for a reason.
Complex ordering system. I came away thinking I had bought a jersey with cap as part of a package deal and a team jacket. The system switches languages mid-order and you have to follow a separate email chain to make payment. THEN it takes an AGE to arrive.
Only when you open the box to find out your jacket is the wrong club and no cap.
Customer service can be summarised as "piss off, your screw up. And piss off, don't contact us again..."

These guys gave me the wrong colour for my Jersey and when I sent the Pic to the owner, the chap said 'looks the same to me'.... Avoid like the plague... You've been warned.

Terrible customer service.
Bought a glove, a belt and my new team jersey. Stated on the website that it should take around 6 weeks to arrive. It took 11 week to receive my order.
The jersey is not even great quality. Wrote more than 6 emails + phone calls. Always same excuse that they have not received my order from their providers and that it should arrive next week.
I don’t recommend buying from this web

Covee has the worst costumer service and patronizes their costumers in the most disrespectful ways. Also, this seems to be a general culture within the business, since even the CEO writes arrogant emails when confronted with the fact that they don't care about consumer rights. Covee will take your order, not inform you about for months that your delivery is delayed and tell you that you cannot get your money back. They are a fraudulent company and from the looks of it close to bankruptcy. I guess, since they care more about keeping your money than actually delivering your product. When you voice your complaint and tell them that they are breaking the law, they will simply tell you and other clients that you as a costumer is not to be taken serious. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUSINEES AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Horrible customer service, goods are either not delievered or not in ordered quality and they just don't care..

This shop Covee.nl in Netherlands is not trustable - they let you pay in advance, tell you that your order will arrive week by week - but you do not receive your baseball stuff even they promise. We will never order anything again!

They will take your order and your mony, but you will never recive anything.

This sports equipment company seems woefully understaffed, since it was hard to get attention to ordering/late delivery problems at times and even harder to get info on possible solutions.The staff were friendly enough, but just seemed overwhelmed and lacked taking action/informing customer of other options, when things get stalled from their suppliers. Since this European company is specializing in a growing specialty sports market of American sporting goods, it seems important that they build for the future and staff up. Also, so-called "team buyer discounts" were minimal compared to competing companies. Team buyer discounts seem to be a good marketing strategy, so why not make them more valuable??
