I purchased one of Cover-Ups slick looking phone case skins - the faux abalone looking one. IT IS A CHEAP PIECE OF GARBAGE! The lovely abalone wears off very quickly and becomes a microplastics nightmare. DO NOT BUY

Untrustworthy company with a sleek design but once you make a purchase they stop engaging with you, don't respond to your emails, state that the order was fulfilled although you never received the items AND don't offer any way for you to request a refund. Thieves and scammers - stay away from this company!

I second the post by Lucas P. Their Happiness Guarantee is non existent. They will NOT reply to or acknowledge emails. I sent 4 in 3 weeks trying to get help exchanging a flawed abalone case. Buyer beware!

This company is either a scam or it's working very badly!
I placed my order on June 2, today is June 18, 2024 and I still haven't received my order or any information. So I've already contacted the company via email and have had no response.
So be careful if you want to order cell phone cases or other items from cover-up. I'll probably have to file a complaint with the authorities, if the package doesn't arrive I want a refund.

Absolutely brilliant experience buying a Cover-Up skin for my Macbook Pro 16" 2023. My toddler decided to use the original top skin as a plate for her fries and got grease all over it, the guys were kind enough to send me a replacement and even matched it to the bottom skin that was already on the Macbook Pro. This was my third skin set from Cover-Up and I will be back again in the future to protect any new Macbooks I purchase, plus they make your Macbook look ultra stylish whilst protecting them.

Ordered the Stone Onyx case for my phone. Its unique nature ensures that it stands out.

Haven't seen another company doing quite what Cover-Up, with cases made from elements such as stone, wood and even pearl. You also get a note stating who at the company made your specific case, as every case
is handmade at their workshop. Many thanks to Jon for mine.

I've had my Carpathian Elm Burl Macbook cover for a year now and it still looks as great as the day I got it. Many people have commented on how nice it is - I can't think of anything else I've owned that has had so much positive attention. Honestly the best cover I've ever had. Luke

I have ordered a real wooden cover for my Mac book pro. The site itself is really easy to make you choices, order process and payment went well. After receiving an order acknowledgement it took only a few days to arrive. And wow, what a great product it was, it fitted perfectly. What an upgrade against the plastic wrap I had before. Everywhere I go people ask questions about it. Really classy.

My order was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the package was damaged during the shipping process. After sending an e-mail, Jemma from Cover-up, immediately replied and perfectly handled the situation! Excellent and outstanding service, too bad I can't give Cover-up 6 stars!

Really awesome cases and even better service!

More than a year ago I bought a wooden snap case for my Galaxy S7 Edge. Fast delivery (to the Netherlands) and good quality case. Last week my case has slightly broken and then the case did not fit on my phone anymore. Bummer, because my 1-year warranty was just finished before.

I contacted the support desk and they really did deliver awesome service by sending me a new case of my own choice, even an upgrade.

Honestly - I have never experienced a kind support like this. And I love their products. I would totally recommend Cover-Up. I already bought one for a friend as a gift and it's safe that I will buy another case for my next mobile phone. Thanks to the team!

Cover-Up have a wide range of products and choosing my favourite was my biggest problem. I went for a Macbook woodback skin which is easily applied and looks beautiful. I love that every product is made with real materials making each skin unique. I always get people asking where I bought it.

Really pleased with my Walnut skin. The product arrived really quickly after ordering and it fits my 2016 MacBook Pro perfectly, edge to edge. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to change the appearance of their MacBook!
