Saw you covers on FB
I saw your Facebook ad and went on YouTube for reviews. Ordered for my 2017 Suburban. Took a little longer to install but I’m very pleased. Only a couple comments. The Hooks need to be a little more robust. They bend too easy. Also where the cover comes over the seat and you pull them down to the bottom of the back of the seat…that flap we have to undo at bottom back of each seat is a rug like material. Velcro on the inside flap of the bottom back side of the cover would stick great on that part of the original seat instead of just hanging. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the covers. Have only installed front seat covers
Have only installed front seat covers, head rests down not fit, they dont come down far enough to cover rest. Lower covers fit snuggling over seat but front part of cover that goes under seat, doesn't go back in the good spot, and both looms do not reach any point to hold them in place "upper and lower" covers plus one loom was not stitched well enough and pulled off really easy. Other then that the covers look good and maybe after a little wear they will work. Thank you for them. Thank you and your team for a great product.

Update: the company quickly reached out and offered a full refund. I’m disappointed the seats didn’t fit but very grateful for the customer service!
The seat covers are way too big, Velcroed together, and have just flaps that go over the back headrests. Not even close to being made for my vehicle so why I had to put in everything up to trim level is a mystery to me. These covers are not worth half the $400 I paid for them.

The timing of the delivery was really… a lot more than you would expect
The timing of the delivery was really short. Let the quality of the merchandise is unbelievable looked better than the original. Just got it on last night and it looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend these seats to anybody.

Minor design flaw.
Love the seat covers for my 2018 Ford Mustang, but have one minor complaint. There is a strap on the side of the front seats that holds the shoulder strap part of the seat belt but is covered up when the seat cover is installed. This makes it difficult to reach for the seat belt to fasten the seat belt on driver's side and passenger side.

Ordered the first week of January and…
Ordered the first week of January and said to expect shipping around the 18 of January.. never received anything so sent an email around the 20th of January and they said the front covers with ship around the end of January but the back covers won’t until the end of may… didn’t receive anything around Valentine’s Day so another email and now it’s I won’t get either shipped until the have front and back covers together so I won’t get them till the end of may beginning of June.. and one other thing it took them two days to take my money out of my account and they expect me to wait six months before I can get a shipping date.. finally tonight is cancelled my order and will order a set from Amazon and probably get it within a couple of weeks or so.. don’t bother ordering ram seat covers.. they blame it on the Chinese tariffs.. probably truth to that though unfortunately.. customer service isn’t bad though..pretty nice and quick..
