Great Sales Experience
Our sales representative was outstanding. The only thing that would have been more helpful is if, upon arrival, instructions were given on how to assemble the storage unit and properly load the tarps we ordered on to the unit. Other than that, we had the optimal experience with Covermaster.

Tarp great - delivery not professional
Covermaster was great, but the delivery service was not timely and difficult to navigate by phone. The delivery was scheduled several different days and did not come. I had to take three days off work to be there to receive delivery.

Had to pay for defective parts when got…
Poor experience with warranty had to spend several hundred dollars to replace all clips that were cracked covers were used in normal conditions all clips broke within a year and a half of operation had to replace all online warranty says 20 year warranty Winship new parts they were different than original knowing this maybe they made changes to their design and we were the one stuck with the poor design and having to pay for all new clips not a good experience
