Repro sleeves fine but the 500 plastic sleeves were a lot smaller than normal and its a struggle to squeeze the 7 inch records into them, very annoying especially as there are 500 of them

We refunded you literally the morning after you ordered. The reason the website automatically charged this shipping rate was because the country entered was not 'United Kingdom'. We apologised for the erroneous charge and refunded within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please would you re-consider your rating? We have been in business almost 40 years and certainly would hate for anyone to think we would try to rip them off in anyway.
