I have just completed the two day Pediatric First Aid course, provided by Covert Protection. The course was delivered by Strawberry (Charles) on site at my workplace.

Despite having to do the course on a bank holiday weekend(!) the whole experience was enjoyable and informative and I feel confident that I have gained new skills and knowledge.

I found the course delivery and content was excellent, with Strawberry being engaging and knowledgeable about the subject matter. I think it really helps that he has proper lived experience in many areas, rather than someone who is just a trained trainer. He was patient and helpful with the small group and took time to thoughtfully answer any questions.

Too often have I had to sit through various training sessions with uninterested, bored trainers, who would rather be anywhere else. That definitely isn't the case with Strawberry, who came across as genuinely passionate about the subject.

If you are an employer and are looking for a training company, I would, as an employee, highly recommend Covert Protection Ltd - your staff would appreciate it!

Both trainers at covert protection were patient and explained most topics in detail and the experience was amazing with no stress i would definitely recommend 👌

The whole training team where incredibly engaging all throughout the course, very welcoming to my team and happy to answer any and all questions we had about the subject, had plenty of real world experience that they brung into the classroom which was a real help

The Covert team carried out EFAW and Fire Marshal training for our school staff at the start of 2026. The team were easy to deal with and understood what we needed to get out of these sessions. The planning and arrangements were straightforward to deal with which made it an easy process for us.

The actual training was engaging and interesting, we all learnt a lot from the time spent with the trainers and I would recommend Covert to other schools looking for similar training courses.

Done my SIA top up and my CCTV course with this company. Dave and strawberry are amazing trainers, clear communication and understanding when delivering training. Would highly recommend!

I've just finished the 2 day SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course with Covert Protection. The tutors Davey and Strawberry were great!

Good friendly instructors also very professional with delivery of course. Comfortable class room setting and felt very welcomed.

Just literally finished my refresher SIA course with Covert. I done my last top up course 3 years with Davey and had a great experience, as soon as I new Davey was with Covert it was no brainer for me i new i was going to Covert. Davey and Charles are the best trainers they explained everything so well pushed me in my physical and made it fun but are very passionate about making sure people get the right SIA experience and trained properly and if you're struggling will support you which is amazing as im dyslexic and can lack confidence, I've met some really unprofessional people in the last 6 years and Covert have been the best, very respectful and polite, I couldn't recommend enough ❤️

Completed a Fire Marshall training with Charles 'Strawbs' today. The training was great, Charles was very informative and answered, the many questions I had. I would happily have any training again if provided by Charles. 1st class training

Strawbs and Davey are awesome the whole course is great and easy to understand I would definitely recommend covert training to anyone who wants to gain a SIA license

After recently attending a FPOSI level 3 advanced first aid course at one of Covert's Brighton training venues I can highly recommend these guys as it certainly was not a death by PowerPoint course but much rather hands on practical lessons with scenarios to work through for each module the course
instructor Rik was patient with us and gave us the practice time required to really get to grips with airway management and catastrophic hemorrhage my personal favourites.
