I can't tell if these guys are even operating anymore as no one has responded to me since placing an order at the beginning of 2024. No response to their contact page and no one answers the phone number when I call it. I may have to contact my bank to claw back my money.
At first I had a little bit of a bumpy start with the company, however Adam went above and beyond to assist with the issue and made sure my customer experience went from bumpy to amazing. Really great selection of wines available and the price is really great too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Thais, we responded to your email 30 mins after you sent it to us last week and offered to send you a replacement case. We also asked for you to send us a photo of the wines that you were sent so we could see what they were and also what happened during send out. We never heard back from you.

We shipped your order on the 4th of August with Australia Post, thats just 3 days after your order was placed.
As we were not aware that your order had not been received, we are looking into see the whereabouts of your order and if it still has yet to be delivered will are going to raise an investigation with Aus post.
