Do not order from this website if you…

Do not order from this website if you want your tests in any timely fashion. I selected one day express shipping and they took 9 business days to arrive (3 business days to even ship). I contacted them and they said they wouldn't do anything about it and that the shipper (Purolator) wasn't guaranteeing any dates.
Forget Purolator, the company didn't even ship it for 3 business days, but they argued that I paid for the one day shipping and that didn't start until it changed hands to Purolator. They don't state how long it takes for them to ship it out. So incredibly misleading. Extremely disappointed considering I paid quite a bit more for this option.

Paid $381 over a month ago and NO SIGN OF DELIVERY

Beware of the sales pitch of this company which promises with dates written both in the online website and subsequent email for deliveries that NEVER HAPPENED re Covid Test Kits. Now they do not even reply as to what is happening. No phone numbers given or chat in customers service. How do I get my money back ??!!? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
