Courier arrived quickly, waited outside (we invited him in) while I did the test, took it away - and the result arrived within 3 hours. Expensive at £199, but ‘express’ indeed and I’m very satisfied.

Can’t fault the service - the tests arrive on time (generally at the start of the window - I’ve had quite a few from CHT), and the results always arrive within the set time. No complaints

Very quick - trackable driver and kept up to date with when he expected to arrive. Test was processed within 40 minutes of the driver leaving the house. 2.5 hours from booking to result.

I have been travelling a lot throughout Covid and find that the UK testing system is expensive and usually slow, two things you don't want when compared with many other countries testing offerings. I am grateful that this test wasn't slow but there was no request for further details on the booking forms. When I asked the driver if he needed my passport details like every other company does he said no. So as I turned up to check into my flight the attendant didn't want to let me onto the flight as the test said I was ten months old and had no passport number. Thankfully I managed to get another certificate sent to me but when the test cost £200 this should not be happening. Travel right now is a real drag with all the extra hassle of testing/passenger locator form etc but one doesn't want the added stress of silly mistakes. It is not your companies fault this new economy has been created, but you are profiting from it. Let's try and keep things precise when charging as much as you do as processing these tests cost barely anything as other countries test prices demonstrate!
