Disgusting Customer Service

I ordered and paid for a home test 27/11/2021 which never arrived.
I called and was promised a refund which never happened. I called again a month later, again promised a refund and again this never happened.
Now you aren't able to speak to anyone, only email. Disgusting customer service. So quick to say yes, we will get that sorted for you but nothing happens.

This company are the best

This company are the best. Outstanding customer service. After being badly let down by a different Covid test provider, Covidsmart have been brilliant. Not only did the test arrive the very next day after I ordered it, when they found out I had been badly let down by a different Covid testing company, they told me to use the extra test they had sent me in error ( due to a change of labs corresponding with my order), free of charge. Emails answered within moments of receipt. Exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I can't rate this company highly…

I can't rate this company highly enough.
I had ordered the lateral flow test for a trip back to the UK which was delivered very speedily to my address in the UK. Unfortunately over the weekend, the UK government changed the rules and I had to now purchase a Day 2 PCR. I contacted Covid smart the same day to see if I was entitled to a refund or an exchange. (it was a Sunday) I received a very reassuring email that they would sort this out the next day. True to their word they deducted the cost of the lateral flow test from the day 2 PCR. The Day 2 PCR was delivered the following day and the communication regarding the refund was excellent.
Once I got to the UK and did my PCR it happened to be over a weekend. I contacted Covid smart to find out when I would get my results and they looked into it and replied back with the information immediately. They actually made me feel as if I were the only person they had to deal with.
I would definitely use this company again, not only for their speed and excellent communication but also for making me feel like a human and not just a number.

The service provided by Covid Smart in Heywood was absolutely first class from our initial conversation right through to completion , my elderly parent who was a little jaded by this was reassured by the professional and caring approach adopted by this company

Excellent service ,received packages…

Excellent service ,received packages for day 2 and day 8 on time and a reference number once I made the booking to put on passenger locator form ,unlike a very bad experience with a different firm before .
I was getting very quick responses from Foley Keeley who is extremely professional and efficient
I had the result of day 2 and day 8 in good time
so thank you for you service

Did we receive what we paid £420 for? NO

Booked our day 2 and day 8 tests 4 days before we returned to UK and they were waiting for us on our arrival home

Did day 2 test and posted off. By day 6 had not received any results so emailed. No reply. Did day 8 tests and posted. Remained in quarantine until day 10. Day 11 returned to normal life.
Day 16 received an email with day 2 results, both negative. Day 17 received day 8 results, both negative. Which was fortunate as we'd been going about our day to day life from days 11-17.
Did we receive what we paid £420 for? NO

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had been sorely let down by VIVO clinic Manchester. Contacted this clinic by email and they immediately gave me confidence. Turned upon a Monday morning at 7:15 and had results by 4:00 on same day. Sound professional clinic and service. Unlike VIVO’s self service swab, it was done for me by a professional nurse who was excellent in all she did! 100% recommendation from myself and many people I have referred them to.
