They offer small refund and make out they are sorry we not happy with our purchase ha ha.

Purchased a ride on dinosaur and what they sent was 15cm high. Either it was a mistake then their staff are blind and stupid or deliberate which makes them Criminals. They just take your money. Do not ever use.
Never received my order. They offered to refund me $3.00 of a $50.00 mask that I paid $10 of expedited shipping for. These guys are clowns. Don't give them your money.
I purchased a latex mask for halloween. In the video the person put mask on and was able to move mouth. They were showing how realistic the mask was. It took 4 weeks to receive it. The mouth is sealed shut. Ive contacted support which was rather difficult as the mask came with a completely different contact email then was shown on the original purchase site. Ive emailed both just to make sure.
