Cheap and useless product. False advertising at its best. It does not stick to anything. Generic AI responses to return and refund requests. It’s not a scam because the product does exist and will arrive. But like another user said. It’s. $10 quality at best. Stay away. Trust us people that got sold a lie and go elsewhere.

I would give it zero star if I could
I would give it zero star if I could. Very Poor customer service, and their money-back guarantee is sketchy at best. Check them out with Better Business Bureau with multiple fraud reports. Also the product does not stick to many types of floors.

The product is not what they claim
The product is not what they claim, it defiantly does not work on all floor types, the photos and no accurate, they are selling a ten-dollar item for $85.00.
I requested a refund and they went silent. I shipped it back to the address and UPS returned it two weeks later stating the address does no recipe packages or is it the company I sent it to. Visa had trouble getting me a refund as well. A total ripoff with false claims. This is not a legit company. Report to the Better Business Bureau.

Im trying to contact them to retunr the product, because my son did not like it, and they respond insisting me to keep it. The product is not good quality, and I don't recommend purchase anything for this company.

Product did not work & no return possible
Fast delivery of - what I observed - is a structurally defective product. Base would not stick to the floor, would not stick to any floors in my house or on my terrace.
Contacted customer support to return the product multiple times. Would only offer lame advice on how to make things work (didn‘t fix it), said they would send return instructions and consistently failed to do so.
The „no questions asked Money back guarantee“ on their website seems not to be applied in my case.
As a consequence, I have instructed my bank to initiate a charge-back. Would not recommend this company.
